What the sellers state

Both pages selling Sugar Reset state a 60-day money-back guarantee and accept empty bottles. They disagree on when the clock starts: one counts from the purchase date, the other from the ship date. Return postage is the buyer's on both. The supplied guarantee badge says 180 days, which neither page offers.

How to claim, in practice

1. Screenshot the guarantee terms on the page you bought from, with the date visible.
2. Email the seller's support address from your confirmation with your order number and purchase date.
3. Wait for return instructions and an authorisation reference before posting anything.
4. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until the refund appears.

The arithmetic worth doing

Glucose trials run eight to twelve weeks; the guarantee is sixty days. That mismatch is why three bottles, not six, is the sensible first order: six bottles is 180 days of product — or 90 at two droppers — covered by 60 days of refund. Set a reminder for day 50.
